COURSE OFFERINGS

We offer several courses to enhance your leadership skills, your research skills, your analysis skills, and your decision-making skills. All courses are taught by PhD instructors who all have university teaching experience, as well as real-life working experience in the courses that they teach. All materials are provided with each course and are able to be downloaded for future review. All students will receive a certificate of completion for each course.

SEMINARS

Leadership Essentials
This class is an introduction to a new vision for leadership. You will receive a full review of
current leadership styles, as well as an introduction to a NEW leadership framework designed for today's workplace and workforce. This 6-hour class is delivered in person so that you have the opportunity to interact with other leaders in our interactive classroom.

Statistics for Leaders
This course is designed for anyone who wants to understand data and data analysis. Too often leaders are handed a pretty chart or graph with little explanation of what the data means. This course will give you the ability to talk to the data analyst in their language so you can truly understand what the numbers mean. This class is a 4-hour, online class that will leave you feeling empowered to make data-driven decisions.
 

CORPORATE

Leadership Workbook
This multi-session training program is designed for either individual leaders, or leadership teams. The sessions are accompanied by our unique workbook that challenges leaders to assess their own leadership skills specific to their company. This is a highly sought after training program that truly creates change in thought processes and leadership approaches.
